100 Random Acts of Kindness

Merry Christmas Everyone!

I hope the past couple of days have been spent in the warm embrace of family and friends – with full tummies and lots of gratitude.

It has been for me anyways.  Christmas Eve was spent with my brother and his wife and my Dad (and my brood of course), Christmas day was spent with my Dad, a napping husband and sugar-stoned kids and Boxing Day holds another Christmas for us with my Mom and Step-Dad.  We are blessed, we are grateful, we are SO FULL and it is wonderful.

Having written that, I know things aren’t wonderful everywhere – so I wanted to take this opportunity to share my 100 Random Acts of Kindness list – in the hopes that we can each make someone else’s day/days/Holidays a bit more joyous.  Think of it as reciprocity for the blessings in your life.  Think of it as being proactive because we will all have days that are less-than-wonderful where we will need a helping hand or kind smile.  Think of it as a series of small gestures that will ripple outward and (hopefully) make our, and others’, world a bit kinder, a bit friendlier, a bit better.

I give you:

100 Random Acts of Kindness (RAK’s, RAOK’s)

100 RAKs 100 RAKs (Random Acts of Kindness) printable

Sure, some of them are Fall/Christmas themed, but it doesn’t mean that Random Acts of Kindness need only exist through the Holidays.

Print it off and challenge yourself to do two acts of kindness a week all year long.  Cross or check each one off and it will be a heart-warming score card.

I’m in, you with me?

Happy Holidays Everyone!

I actually went to nurses, CAS, Ronald McDonald house and a few other charitable organizations to compile the listing – so I’m so glad that it was noticed. Thank you for taking the time to comment.

Great list! Love how it is a mix of everyday things you can do and some grander gestures.
