Light, Summery Layered Fruit Dessert

My mom makes this and it is SOOO good.

Light, fluffy and chock-full of fruit – which makes it a particularly spectacular dessert this time of year – when strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and cherries are in such abundance.

Better still, it is really easy to make, and packs a “Wow” at the patio table or pot luck.

You will need:

  • 2 cups each of raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and grapes
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/3 cup crushed almond-flavoured cookies
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • zest and 1/2 cup juice from naval orange
  • 2 cups thawed Coolwhip

No elaborate instructions here – just layer your berries,
