This is a bit early, but we all know that Hubbies will leave it to the last minute – unless it’s put right in front of their faces… repeatedly.
So, share this post on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+; whatever social network he surfs and tag him.
Tag him good.
These are EASY gifts and there are no good excuses for not getting them for you.
First up, a fantastic printable (free) from Open To Design. Just click, print and have the kids (or kids-with-Daddy’s-help) fill it in.
I have one of these from a couple of years ago and it’s so cute to re-read what they thought of me.
For instance, a couple of years ago (when the girls were 5 and 6) I was “60 years old”, I cooked the best “Swiss Chalet” and they loved me because “I took care of them”. Which is exponentially better than Hubby – who was as big as “the fridge” and who’s nickname was “the Fart King”.
I’m not saying I’m not in the running for the ‘Fart King’ title, or even being as big as the fridge for that matter, but I’m glad it wasn’t included on my framed gift.
Click the image for the printable version.
This is another printable that I found on BrightNest. Again, all you have to do is post this to his social media venue of choice with a very clear tag that you would like this for Mother’s Day.
Please, please, please let me have one of these for Mother’s Day! (Not just the paper guys, it’s the acts that are the gift)
More Mother’s Day ideas to come – I just have to compile my wish list. lol
Have a great one!
