These strawberry brownie kebabs are an easy treat that you can whip out in minutes (especially if you buy two-bite brownies) to make for Valentine’s day at school.
There’s not much to it really, you will need:
- large marshmallows
- two-bite brownies (or bake-your-own and cut them into 1″ bites)
- kebab skewers
- fresh strawberries – washed and hulled
- semi-sweet chocolate chipits
Skewer your brownies, marshmallows and strawberries to you desired length, then cut off the excess kebab skewer.
Melt your chipits in a Ziploc bag for 30 seconds, mush them around to help in the melting, then microwave again for another 30 seconds.
Snip a tiny corner off the Ziploc bag and drizzle your melted chocolate over your skewers.
That’s it – not even 10 minutes really – although I only made a few for the blog.
Making dozens for the girls’ classes might put me out a half hour or so – but they are SOOO delicious.
Strawberry brownie kebabs for Valentine’s Day sorta guarantees you will be the rock star Mom of the class don’t you think?
If they last that long?
Have a great one!
