I was over helping my friend Sherri out the other day and I noticed this impressive industrial pipe valet she had built.
It is spectacular! Truly – I’m not sure my photos do it justice.
It is masculine, and sexy. Solid steel and warm wood – wait maybe there’s more innuendo here than I’d intended.

This would be so gorgeous in a dark and moody bachelor pad. No wait! An urban loft with exposed brick! Or draped with blankets and a plant or two for a rustic farmhouse look!
I don’t have a DIY for this – yet – but Sherri promised to teach me how to make industrial pipe furniture, so it’s “Coming soon”.
I’m pretty sure industrial pipe can go anywhere and a coat rack / men’s valet is never a bad idea. She told me she had some left over pipe which she bought from somewhere like Varner Pipe so she decided to get creative. I think it looks amazing!
Tell me this industrial pipe valet doesn’t scream “Ralph Lauren ad” to you?
Maybe I could have picked a nicer pair of Hubby’s shoes to style it with – but the fact that the clothes are hung and the shoes and watch are neatly decorating it has me drooling.
