“The BEST protein bars in the world” sound like a tall order to live up to?

You need to try these and tell me I’m wrong.  I don’t even like protein bars as a rule, but I’ve been snacking away on these like they were candy.  Truly, I even had one as dessert the other night!  Hubby and the girls can’t get enough – they are reaching for these instead of cookies!

Where did I come by this delectable and healthy treat?  From my Gal-pal Lisa at It Fits Personal Training.  (click any image to be taken to the recipe)

Dishing out delicious and healthy recipes is not the only thing she offers either – Lisa is introducing a program that will revolutionize health and fitness:

Her program “Strong and Beautiful” is beyond diet and workout – it is a comprehensive program that includes a weekly webinar, online support group and an online course portion that will challenge you in three key areas:

the Kitchen Makeover, which will lead you step by step through a pantry clean-up, discovering new ingredients and even incorporating what you have in a healthier way.  (yes, even chocolate!)

Nutrition, balanced diet, Home fitness, working out at home, home workout, It Fits Personal Training, Strong & Beautiful

the Exercise Challenge, which will start from where you are now and build your strength, endurance and flexibility to get you feeling your best.

the Mindset Challenge, which includes Facebook Live videos and an online support group.  It will teach you how to find time for yourself and create better habits so that at the end of the 12 weeks, your change (mental and physical) will be long-term and sustainable.

This program will test you, it will teach you, it will support you and it WILL change you.

The best part – you can do it from home.  Yup, anywhere in the world.

If you are looking for a program to take you from overwhelmed to confident and in-control you need to head over to the Strong & Beautiful webpage for more details.

Registration is open now, but you have to apply right away – spacing is limited and the next Strong & Beautiful program will be 12 weeks from now.

Did I mention Lisa also has the recipe to the BEST protein bars in the world?  She’s sharing it on her page (scroll to the bottom) to prove that healthy can be delicious.  (Something I didn’t believe possible).

  1. Do you need to keep these bars refrigerated or good to go room temp on a road trip?
